It is bittersweet news for our town as we say a huge thank you and goodbye to the Quins of Galashiels team, a cornerstone of the Galashiels community.
Famous for their warm welcome, legendary scones and much-loved quiz nights, Quins has been at the heart of Galashiels life for many years.
At the end of this month, the owners will be retiring and closing the doors on this chapter. While it is sad to see Quins go, their contribution to our town will be long remembered.
On behalf of Galashiels, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to the Quins team for everything they have given to our community – and wish them the very best of luck for the next chapter
