A fantastic achievement for Borders College, which has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women in 2026.
The Galashiels-based college has been placed 55th out of 100 large-sized organisations in the latest list from Great Place To Work UK.
The recognition celebrates employers whose own staff report working within organisations that are inclusive and equitable for all. Those making the list demonstrate a commitment to creating workplaces where employees can flourish, removing barriers to women’s career progression and supporting a balanced and inclusive workforce.
