DC Repair Group Moves Shop

DC Repair Group has completed its latest expansion, moving into larger premises at 30 Market Street, Galashiels. The business, set up by Graham Di-Cara just two and a half years ago, had previously been based further along the same street at number 42.

The move marks another step forward for the popular electronics repair specialist, whose services cover everything from laptops, game consoles and music equipment to more unusual projects.

All work is carried out in-house, with Graham supported by his fiancée Jasmine and apprentices. Over the past year the business has also expanded into 3D printing, adding to its wide-ranging repair and design services.

Reflecting on the journey so far, Graham said: “Thank you to the people of the Borders for coming out and supporting a business that at the start was totally unknown. We’re going to do the best we can to keep expanding and making sure people have a repair service they can rely on.”

Looking ahead, Graham hopes one day to bring micro-manufacturing back to the Borders, with a fabrication and engineering industry hub based locally.
