BROWNBEAR: ‘DEMONS’ ACOUSTIC ALBUM TOUR 2023

Scottish collective brownbear return to MacArts with songs from their dynamic and eagerly-awaited second album ‘Demons’ (due for release on 17/3/23).

brownbear is the Ayrshire group fronted by singer-songwriter, musician, writer and filmmaker Matt Hickman, who combines a gift for storytelling with his distinctive ‘adopted genre’ of indie-soul.

The joyous, upbeat verses of ‘All I Want’ fuse brownbear’s rich sound with acoustic flourishes that burst into an earnest, poignant chorus, as Hickman reflects on both the fear and excitement that accompanies the feeling of falling in love.

In celebration of the new album brownbear will perform at St Luke’s, Glasgow on Friday 24 March. Then touring Scotland,  with their 3rd appearance at MacArts- the last was supporting Colonel Mustard & The Dijon 5 in December 2022.
