Corryvreckan Challenge 2024 – Wild Swimming Scotland

Challenge yourself to undertake the most interesting wild swim in Scotland –  the Corryvreckan Whirlpool which is situated in the Gulf of Corryvreckan between Jura & Scarba. Distance is @ 1 mile.

The swim is across the narrowest point between the two islands.

I have an opportunity to do so with Basking Shark Scotland on the

29th September 2024 when the water is warmer & the tides are looking perfect.

To ensure we are safe and have suitable cover – You must beable to swim 1.5km in a maximum of 45 mins.

Cost is £205 per person

By registering you commit to the payments to be paid in 2 instalments ( £100 on 1st Feb & £105 on 1st March which includes a non refundable deposit of £30). You will receive an email in January with bank details.

Boat will leave in the morning & return in the evening from Oban.

Naturally the boat trip will be weather dependent
