Hope Never Knew Horizon: Douglas Bruton in conversation
‘During the darkest days of lock-down I decided then that I wanted to write a book filled up with ‘hope’. It is a book about a blue whale and it’s about Emily Dickinson and also about a painting called ‘Hope’. It is, I think, a very hopeful book.’
