Walking & Wheeling – Breeze cycle ride: Galashiels to Selkirk

Come and join a Breeze (women only) ride on our Walking & Wheeling Festival! This year we have a range of walks and cycle rides on offer, from 4^th to 7^th September, in different locations across the Scottish Borders.

Starting in Galashiels, this Breeze ride follows the shared path alongside the Gala Water and River Tweed through Galashiels to Selkirk riverside and on to the Waterwheel Cafe, Philiphaugh.

Check in – 10.15am

Start time – 10.30am

Distance – 25km / 16miles,

Approx time – 3-4 hours,

Start and end of ride – Hike and Bike Hub, 47 Channel Street, Galashiels, Scottish Borders, TD1 1BJ

This ride is fairly steady, mostly flat and is open to new, returning and cyclists. E-bikes are welcome. The pace of the ride is determined by the group.
