 ‘When We Were Young’ takes the audience back to 1990s Glasgow where gang culture was at its worst and takes them on a nostalgic emotional rollercoaster, as they follow the lives of one of the many young teams who polluted the street corners during a time when the city was known as the murder capital of Europe.
This production is both a hilarious and eye opening look back to 1990s Glasgow. This production goes beyond the tabloid stereotypes of ‘NEDS’ to tell a beautiful, hilarious and heartbreaking story of teenage gangs,  Friendship and stolen Youth through this amazing piece of working class theatre.

During a very successful run throughout 2023 the show picked up a lot of press and visited some amazing Scottish venues such as:
Pavilion theatre, Glasgow; Reconnect regal, Bathgate; Harbour Art Centre, Irvine;
Beacon art Centre, Greenock; East Kilbride village Theatre; Websters Theatre and more.
