There’s a new place to grab a bite in Galashiels, with Fisherman’s Market now officially open on Market Street.
The new venture comes from the Crolla family, a familiar name in the town and the team behind Paolo’s Italian, Gino’s Gelateria and H2Go.
Fisherman’s Market brings a new traditional chip shop to the town centre, serving all the familiar favourites alongside special lunch and children’s menus and a range of desserts.
After plenty of work behind the scenes getting everything ready, Emily Crolla said there was a real sense of “excitement, accomplishment and relief” among the team as they welcomed their first customers.
It’s always good to see a new business opening its doors in Galashiels and adding something different to the town centre. We wish the whole Fisherman’s Market team the very best with their new venture!
