The Galashiels music venue continues to shine as a cultural beacon for the town with an impressive 1,531 visitors through its doors in just two weeks. This bustling footfall reflects the venue’s growing reputation as a hub for arts and entertainment in the Borders and beyond.
Recently welcoming Tom Meighan, the ex-singer of Kasabian, was a significant coup for MacArts and a testament to its expanding influence. Touring artists often bypass smaller towns, but MacArts is bucking that trend, establishing Galashiels as a must-visit destination on the national touring circuit.
The team’s dedication to bringing big-name acts and diverse events to our community not only enriches the local cultural scene but also puts Galashiels firmly on the map for arts and entertainment.
