Borders in Recovery

Borders In Recovery is a lived experience recovery community offering free peer support, meaningful activities, trips to national dry events, facilitated groups, recovery cafes, signposting and volunteering opportunities. We now have weekly recovery cafes, SMART meetings, music group, Saturday family breakfast club. Our support is free to access for anyone who is 16+ and in recovery (substances and/or mental ill health, isolation, loneliness) and family & friends. We have a bespoke service for family & friends impacted by a loved one’s substance use.

We also offer a free recovery self-coaching course, yoga and mindfulness courses and have a Street Soccer group in development!

We have an active Facebook page and a lively WhatsApp group plus accounts on Instagram and X. Get in touch if you would like more information or if you would like support to engage with us via our peer support team. We also have volunteering opportunities!
