Phone Box Transformed for Community Art in Galashiels

Across the UK, iconic phone boxes have been creatively repurposed for all kinds of wonderful uses—from mini libraries and food banks to time-out zones and pop-up shops. Now, Galashiels has its own unique version! Works+ has taken over the phone box next to the library, transforming it into a community space for local artists.

This phone box will serve as a mini gallery, providing a place for artists to showcase their work and bring art directly to the community. Whether you’re an established artist or simply looking to share a creative project, this is a fantastic opportunity to display your work in a one-of-a-kind setting.
