I arrived unannounced having suffered a fast deflating puncture en route to the local hospital where I had taken my 80+ mother for an appointment and from which she needed taking back home (18 miles away). They managed to fit me in and fit a new tyre (puncture was not repairable) within 30 mins, meaning I got back to the hospital in time to pick my mother up. Polite and helpful throughout. Really got me out of a hole. Thanks.”
