It’s been a remarkable few weeks for The Great Tapestry of Scotland Visitor Centre, with a string of accolades recognising its outstanding contribution to the region and beyond.
For the second year running, the centre has been named among the Top 10% of Attractions Worldwide on TripAdvisor– a testament to the consistently high praise from visitors.
On top of that, four award nominations in 2025 have led to three exciting shortlists:
Inclusion Award – South of Scotland Thistle Awards (Regional Finalist)
Environmental Impact Award – Scottish Borders Business Excellence Awards
Community Impact Award – Scottish Borders Business Excellence Awards
These nominations reflect the centre’s deep-rooted commitment to accessibility, sustainability and community engagement.
