The Lavender Touch, a charity that supports people with cancer in the Scottish Borders, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a unique fundraiser.
With unique artwork donated with the support of generous, local talented artists, The Lavender Touch are delighted to host a special exhibition to celebrate their 20th anniversary – two decades of impactful work.
Jan Beattie, chair of the Lavender Touch, said: “We are thrilled to have had so many Borders-based artists involved with our initiative and are excited to see you join us to celebrate the region’s creative community and our work.
This initiative celebrates the intersection of art and healing and ensures the continuity of the Charity’s much-needed complementary services. Jan continued: “Art is a celebration in itself, so what better way to mark our 20th anniversary.”
Each piece is available to purchase for £25.00, with all proceeds supporting cancer patients and their carers, so come along, admire, acquire and make a difference!
From Thursday the 5th to Sunday the 8th of September at The Little Art Hub, Channel Street. From 10am to 4pm each day.
